Skills of Management (4 x 2hr online sessions)

This course will help you become an even better Manager in Scouting.

Due to Covid19 restrictions Devon Scouts have redesigned the face 2 face Meeting the challenges course to be run on an online platform. 

This skills course will be split into 4 online sessions each lasting approx. 2 hours. To ensure that all of the criteria is covered there will also be a small amount of pre-course reading and between session validation tasks.

Each piece of work will take no longer than 20 minutes to complete, all of the extra work can be added to your portfolio of evidence for validation.

Please register below as there are only 12 places per online course. 

Sessions will include whole group interaction, small group work with facilitators and some individual reflection.
